Full 'Ordinary' Council meetings are held Bi-monthly at 7pm (please check the Home page of the website for date of the next meeting and the agenda).

 

At these meetings, members of the Council go through the items on the agenda.  Agendas can be viewed on this website, or are available from the Council upon request. There is also time set aside at the start of Ordinary meetings at which residents in the community may address the Community Council regarding items which are on the agenda.
 

Members of the Public should note that any minutes uploaded to this site prior to being adopted at the next Council Meeting are draft and could be subject to change.

Members of the Public should also note that meetings can and may be recorded for the purposes of drafting minutes.
